These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shader Lab ("the Service"), operated by Michael Thomas / Jiagual Media.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Karleido is a browser-based creative tool for generating and exporting audiovisual content.

Features and availability may change at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Service
• Circumvent subscription restrictions
• Abuse or overload the platform
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your created content.

You grant us a limited license to store and process content solely to operate the Service.

6. Exports & Usage Limits

Certain features may be restricted based on your access tier.

Attempting to bypass restrictions may result in suspension.

7. Beta Disclaimer

If accessing the Service as part of a beta:

• Features may change
• Availability is not guaranteed
• The Service is provided "as is"

8. Fees

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
